(1) If any license (license) obtained under this regulation is lost or stolen or for any other reason 1. If not, the person who has received such a license should apply for another license according to Rule 5.
(2) In the petition as per sub-rule (1), it is held that "the officer who issues a license after taking a fee of five hundred rupees should issue another license."
